We understand that funding needs arise throughout the school year. Please use the form below to request funding from the South Bend Education Foundation. Every request will be carefully reviewed by the South Bend Education Foundation staff for accurate information before being sent for approval. Requests must be approved by your school principal or department supervisor and the Education Foundation Board of Directors. Approval from the Superintendent may also be necessary.
Please be as detailed as possible while filling out this request. Failure to be specific may result in dismissal of your request.
Please note that filling in this form does not guarantee your request will be funded.
You will be notified by email when a decision has been reached.
In the past, the Education Foundation has funded requests for state competition fees, robotics competitions, Battle of the Books, New Teacher Orientation and similar activities.
For requests under $300, please use the Teacher Wish List form. If the request is for something innovative you would like to try in your classroom, please apply for a Teacher Grant during our annual grant cycle.
